Located on the lobby level of Saint Paul RiverCentre, Headwaters Café is a welcoming spot for event guests and Saint Paul visitors and residents to enjoy a fresh, made-to-order alternative to standard convention center hospitality.

From crisp salads and hearty soups to sandwiches, rice bowls, and sushi, our menu offers something for a quick bite or a satisfying meal. We’re also proud to bring a little sustainability to the table with our partnership with Babylon for hydroponic gardens, where we grow fresh lettuce used in our sandwiches.
